This is a used Helix Lateral Trainer, a cardio machine whose pedals move side to side in a lateral ellipse instead of front to back, so the work lands on the hips and outer and inner thighs as well as the quads. This unit was only used in a home. It suits anyone who wants low-impact cardio with a different motion from a treadmill or standard elliptical.

How is a lateral trainer different from an elliptical?
An elliptical moves your feet in a front-to-back oval; the Helix moves them in a side-to-side oval. Your feet stay on the pedals the whole time, so it is still a no-impact motion, but the loading shifts toward the hips and thighs.
Used equipment is sold for pickup at our Boise showroom, 1852 S Century Way, or local delivery in the Treasure Valley. We do not ship used equipment. Every used unit is inspected and serviced by our technician before it goes on the floor, and most carry our 90-day warranty.
