FAQ: brands

Are you an authorized dealer for these brands?

Yes. Gym Outfitters is an authorized dealer for every brand in the table above, and we perform manufacturer warranty repairs for the eleven brands marked "Yes" in it. New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty, and our technicians handle the warranty work for those eleven brands.

How much is a StairMaster 4G, 8Gx or 10G?

As of September 2026: 4G StepMill $6,449, 8Gx $7,895 (LCD) or $10,099 (APEX LED), 10G $13,349. Mind the ceiling: 8 ft for the 4G, 10 ft for the 10G. Used StairMasters come in occasionally; none is listed today — call 208-345-2226 to be told when one arrives.

Can you order a model that is not on the website?

The website lists what is in stock or on order, and each brand's collection page shows the models we currently carry.

Do you carry Life Fitness or Matrix?

Used only, as pieces come in from local clubs and schools — a used Matrix T30 treadmill is $1,695 and a used Life Fitness Synrgy360 is $695 as of September 2026. We do not stock new Life Fitness or Matrix; for a comparable new commercial treadmill see Precor, TRUE, Star Trac or Freemotion. Every used piece is technician-inspected; see all used equipment.

Do you sell Schwinn exercise bikes?

Only used, when one comes in. We do not stock new Schwinn or other big-box home brands. For a new spin bike see LeMond; for used bikes from $550 see used exercise bikes.
