Which Hoist home gym is right for a garage or basement?

It comes down to how many stations you want and how many people train at once. The V4 Elite is one compact machine with a single weight stack. The HD-3000 and H-8 are dual-stack cable machines, so two people can train at the same time. The H-8 also adds a built-in Smith machine.

Which Hoist leg machines do you have?

Two selectorized machines from Hoist's HD Dual Series. The HD-3403 leg press/calf raise ($5,390) has an oversized foot plate, eleven seat positions and a step-through frame. The HD-3400 leg extension/leg curl ($3,960) does both exercises, with a separate range-of-motion adjustment for each.

Is Hoist equipment built for commercial use?

Yes. The HD Dual Series machines and the HD-3000 functional trainer are made for studios, apartment and hotel fitness rooms and light-commercial facilities. They also suit home gyms.
