What does installation include?
For the equipment we deliver and install, our crew brings the machine in, assembles it, places it where you want it and runs it before leaving.
How should I prepare for delivery day?
Six things to do before the truck arrives:
- Measure the route, not just the room. The narrowest door, the tightest turn, the stair width and the landing. Commercial treadmills such as the Precor TRM 835 are 35 in. wide and about 83 in. long; some ellipticals are longer.
- Ceiling. Stepmills need 8 ft (StairMaster 4G) to 10 ft (StairMaster 10G). Check treadmill and elliptical step-up height against the tallest user too.
- Power. Many commercial cardio pieces run on a standard 15-amp outlet (the StairMaster 10G does); some commercial treadmills, such as the Precor TRM 835 and STM 837, need a dedicated 20-amp circuit. Have the outlet in place before we arrive.
- Floor. A garage slab takes anything.
- Clear the path. Move cars out of the garage, furniture out of hallways, rugs off stairs. Pets in another room.
- Be there. Someone needs to be home to show us the room.
Can you carry equipment upstairs or into a basement?
Yes. In-home placement upstairs or downstairs is an extra charge quoted per order: treadmills into basements, bikes into upstairs bedrooms, strength machines assembled in place because they will not fit through the door assembled. Tell us about stairs, turns and landings when you order so the right crew and equipment come out.
Where do you deliver?
Local delivery covers the Treasure Valley: Boise, Garden City, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna, Nampa and Caldwell. New equipment can go anywhere in the lower 48 by freight for $350. The full list, and what applies beyond the valley, is on the service area page.
Do you ship used equipment?
No. Used equipment is showroom pickup or local delivery only, so the technicians who inspected it can also service it; see the used-equipment guide.

Do I need to assemble anything myself?
Not on a delivered-and-installed order: our crew assembles, places and tests the machine and leaves it ready to use. Ask for installation when you order if you want it done.
Is delivery included in the price shown on the website?

Can I pick up my order instead of paying for delivery?
Yes. Showroom pickup at 1852 S Century Way is free of the delivery charge. Bring a vehicle the machine fits in, tie-down straps and moving blankets, and a second person. Call 208-345-2226 before you come so the piece is staged; see contact and directions.
What if the machine does not fit through my door?
Measure the route before you order and we will tell you whether it fits; many commercial pieces can be partly disassembled and rebuilt in the room by our crew, which is quoted as installation. If it will not go, we help you choose a piece that will — that is the point of the free layout.
