Local delivery starts at $179, service is $129 per hour, and beyond the valley we add drive time at $2 per mile (as of September 2026). New equipment ships anywhere in the lower 48 states for a flat $350; used equipment is local delivery or showroom pickup only.

What applies where?
The rules are the same for every address; here is what each service costs and where it applies.
- Showroom pickup is open to anyone: 1852 S Century Way, Boise, ID 83709, Mon–Fri 9–6, Sat 9–5, closed Sunday. New or used. See contact and directions.
- Local delivery from $179 to the garage or a ground-floor room covers the towns in the first table. In-home placement upstairs or downstairs and installation are quoted per order — see delivery and installation.
- Service and repair at $129 per hour covers the same towns with no drive-time charge. Beyond the valley, drive time is $2 per mile. Our three technicians service the equipment we sold and perform manufacturer warranty repairs for the eleven brands we service under warranty — see repair and maintenance.
- Freight applies to new equipment only: a flat $350 anywhere in the lower 48 states. Used equipment is never shipped (see the used-equipment guide).
- Commercial orders for apartments, hotels, schools and clinics outside the valley are quoted with delivery and installation for the address — email michelle@gymoutfitters.com; see commercial gym equipment.

Yes. Nampa and Caldwell are inside the valley for our pricing, so local garage or ground-floor delivery starts at $179 and service calls are $129 per hour with no drive-time charge, the same as Boise and Meridian. In-home placement upstairs or downstairs is quoted per order.
Do you deliver or service beyond the Treasure Valley?
Service, yes: our technicians travel beyond the valley at $129 per hour plus $2 per mile of drive time — call 208-345-2226 with the make, model and address for a quote on the trip. Delivery beyond the valley is quoted per order.
Do you ship to other states?
New equipment only, for a flat $350 freight charge to any address in the lower 48 states; the charge is the same for every address and is added to the equipment price, so call 208-345-2226 for a delivered price. Used equipment is never shipped.
