The TKO Safety Squat Bar is a cambered squat bar with a padded yoke and forward handles, so the load rests across your shoulders and your hands stay in front of you instead of behind your neck. It suits home and garage lifters who squat in a rack, and gyms or training studios that want a second squat bar for squats, good mornings and lunges.

New equipment ships to the lower 48 states for a flat $350 freight charge. In the Treasure Valley, local garage delivery starts at $179, with an added charge for in-home placement upstairs or downstairs. You can also pick it up at our Boise showroom, 1852 S Century Way. New equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty.
