Precor Vitality Series Leg Extension / Leg Curl

The Precor Vitality Series Leg Extension / Leg Curl is two selectorized machines in one: seated leg extension and seated leg curl on the same 240 lb stack, with a 10 lb starting weight and a lever-engaged 5 lb add-on. The ankle pad and shin pad adjust from the seat, and the shin pad sits below the knee for proper curl form. It suits home gyms, clinics and small studios that cannot give floor space to two machines.
