In 2016, the “love your body” movement took off. The premise, as I am sure you’re aware, is to love your body right now.

 

The message is that whether you’re the fittest woman on the the planet or if you have 200 pounds to lose, love your body. No matter what our size is, there is something beautiful in the reflection it gives. Loving our bodies is about loving ourselves, unconditionally, inside and out. Forget about why your pants are tight or how if you tilt your head down, a double chin forms. We are more than the “imperfections” we see. We are amazing creatures that are strong and capable.

Why Some People Can Eat More Carbs Than Others

The concept that carbs are evil can be put to bed with one statement:

All vegetables and fruits are carbohydrates.

In Home Gym Equipment Repair

We offer in home service and repair for any equipment. Our service technicians carry a basic supply of tools and parts to be able to perform routine service and make minor repairs. We also stock many parts in our store, so when calling for repair or service work, it helps if you can give us the brand name, model and serial number of the unit so that we can efficiently and accurately obtain any parts for you. Having that information may also help us trouble shoot the potential problem.

Preventive Maintenance

We employ 5 full time service and repair technicians, who have attended factory service schools. We offer a scheduled preventive maintenance service to keep your fitness equipment in top operating condition. Whether you’re a commercial health club, hotel, apartment, school or home, we offer a variety of preventive maintenance programs for all brands of fitness equipment. A good service program will prevent premature failure of most parts, costly repairs and extend the life and enjoyment of your equipment.

Upholstery Repair

We have a custom built upholstery bench in our shop where we can reupholster most pieces of weight equipment. We keep over 15 colors of upholstery in stock and we also have a portable sewing machine, compressor and tools that enable us to perform upholstery work on site. This will shorten the down time of each piece of equipment.

Whether you are planning a new health club or your own home gym, give us your dimensions and we can provide you with a layout and selection of cardio and strength equipment for your facility. We can give you several options, depending upon locations of doors, windows, TV’s, water coolers, walkways, etc. This will help save both time and money, plus give you a view of how things look and fit.
