I am writing to express my support and appreciation for Gym Outfitters. The relationship between Gym Outfitters and the Treasure Valley Family YMCA dates back over 20 years. During this time, you and your staff have always acted with the highest degree of integrity, honesty and responsibility; values that we hold very dear at the Y.

I can think of many times that we have worked together on equipment relocation (sometimes on the weekend and in the middle of the night!), exercise room design and layout, service and repair and equipment purchase. You have always been much more than a vendor; more like a partner working with us to meet the needs of our members. Our relationship with Gym Outfitters is one of the reasons we have been able to triple in size in the last 5 years and are now able to serve nearly 54,000 members with 700 pieces of equipment in four locations.

Profit has always seemed to be a secondary goal for Gym Outfitters. You have been more concerned with making sure we had the right equipment for our members and business than selling us the most expensive product. This approach to business is one of the reasons Gym Outfitters would receive my highest recommendation as a fitness equipment supplier and consultant.
