Summer may be coming to an end, but there’s still plenty of time to get outdoors for a workout. I’ve designed this as an efficient total body workout with a focus on strengthening core muscles. Make sure to warm-up for at least ten minutes and stretch when needed. Add on 20-30 minutes of cardio (like running, walking or cycling) and you’ve got a great work out you can do anywhere with no equipment needed.
