January has come and gone, but hopefully the same hasn’t happened to your New Year’s resolutions. Many of us start off the year with great intentions of making nutritional changes, but as the year goes by, stress, work, and old habits start creeping back in and resolutions take the back burner. It does not have to be that way. I tell my clients all the time, “life happens,” and sometimes it does get in the way of your goals. But how you deal with life and stress shows your true character.
