Happy new year! We hope you are joining us on the 8-week STRONGER Challenge. There are 10 FREE workout videos and a daily pre-programmed calendar (below) to get you results similar to those promised by popular DVD workout sets that you might pay $60 to $100 for. The STRONGER Challenge consists of 35-minute workouts 6 days a week created by celebrity trainer Nicky Holender as well as a FREE daily meal plan created by Keri Glassman. To access the tracking tools and meal plan, sign up for STRONGER. If you’re already a LIVESTRONG MyPlate user, log into MyPlate and then be sure to click the banner that says “Check out the all-new MyPlate.” (The banner looks like this). Then, once you are in the new MyPlate, click on the “Workouts” tab. On the righthand side of the page you will see “Join Stronger Now” and select date to start AND select meal plan.
